Tested with Zanata version 1.8.0-SNAPSHOT (20120920-1415)
The row number and ID in notification shows correct.

However, this bug is about having a link to jump to the row, this function does
not seems working. Thus reassigned.

Please change it to "WONTFIX" if such function won't be implemented.
