Consider following use case: A project maintainer working on a gettext project, he speaks both English and Mandarin (zh-CN) and translate the zh-CN himself. 1. He go to the locale zh-CN and start translating. 2. He need to catch a bus 15 minutes later so he need offline translation 3. He download the offline zanata.xml on zh-CN page, and do some translation on the bus. *4. He build the project and put the file he translated to the source tree, he found that he need to change filename to make the change apply. 5. On next day, he back to office and push he translation. *6. Thinking zanata.xml is already in the local hard disk, he pull the translation from server and found that he need to rename dozens of translation files to apply the translations. Step 4 and 6 are more likely to cause confusion. If you do need to change project-type, please make the filename different (e.g. zanata-offline.xml), as they do contain different content. Description of problem: pull command for gettext file format pulls files in host OS default encoding which on windows platforms is not utf8. this corrupts the language translation strings on pull. I have found out I was being mislead by running the zanata client in eclipse verses the command line. From eclipse, things worked. From the command line in windows it was failing. Eclipse was setting the java encoding to UTF8. I added: -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 to my command line and things now work fine there too. So, ignore my bug report I think. Save dialog for unsaved translation when filtering Description of problem: If a user edits a translation, and clicks a filter, a dialog will appear confirming the need to save. It appears that if the user presses Save, then changes the filter, another save dialog will appear. Clicking Save on this dialog will cause an error to show in the history. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Dev How reproducible: Easily, Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to a document translation 2. Edit some text in the target 3. Click a filter option 4. Click Save Changes on the dialog 5. Click a different filter option Actual results: A Save dialog appears. Pressing Save Changes causes error to appear. Have a doc with untranslated items 2. Click Incomplete filter - > Untranslated 3. Go to last page, take note of how many (number of items) items are on last page 4. Go to second last page 5. Translate (number of items) and save them as fuzzy 6. Press the next page button 7. No content page appears, with e.g. 3/2 pages and an available Next button 8. Press the Next page button 8.
