Unfortunately, Zanata doesn't yet support MySQL 5.6, let alone PostgreSQL. It seems that changing a column to be autoincrement violates foreign key constraints starting with MySQL 5.6, so we'll need to modify changeset db/changelogs/db.changelog-1.5.xml::8::aeng at redhat.com to drop the constraint and recreate it. There could be quite a few other changes required too. By the way, Dmitry, it looks like your databases are using latin1 for 'Db characterset'. It seems that there is no good way of representing control characters in plain XML, even with CDATA (apparently). We either need an alternative/extended XML schema for our REST service which performs (eg) base64 encoding/decoding for control chars, or we could just push POT/PO files directly to Zanata for processing on the server, thus bypassing the XML stage entirely. In the meantime, we should make sure we detect these control characters before JAXB goes and generates illegal XML. As a workaround, I would recommend separating the non-translatable text[1] from the translatable text (eg names of colours). Escape characters and ANSI sequences are very likely to be difficult for translators to deal with anyway, because the editor may not be able to show the escape character very well. When this occurs, we should not be showing the "But you can help us fix it" message. Also, if we know what the error is, and there could be some more information regarding it, then we should display this information or a link to it. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.2 How reproducible: Easy always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Sign in as admin, go to a project version 2. Press Source Documents, then Upload 3. Select a document to upload, but don't press the Upload button 4. Open the administration page in a new tab, click on Server Monitoring 5. Click Invalidate HTTP Sessions, then OK 6. Go back to the upload tab and press Upload Actual results: Your session has timed out. Please try again. But you can help us fix it!
