Incorrect group view statistics

Description of problem:
Incorrect statistics due to caching missing out localization update(s), despite
concerned project (project-version) 100% localized.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Zanata version 3.2.1 (20131129-0009)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Zanata Server with login credentials
2. Select a Project to localize and localize it 100%
3. Post localization check the statistics (hours, %, words, etc...)

Actual results:
Incorrect Statistics 

Expected results:
Correct Statistics (example: 0.0 hrs remaining)
