Description of problem:
Manage search in freeze state if user click "Perform selected actions" with no
selected action.

How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login as admin, goto manage search under administration menu.
2. Without selecting any of the action, click "Perform selected actions" 


Actual results:
Page freeze in progressing info.

Expected results:
"Perform selected actions" should be disabled if there's no selection.
