Thinking about it, how should be managed glossaries: 
- globally for the source words?
- or tied to a particular target language?

I guess it would make sense to have source words without context global
(enabling sharing source entry glossaries with a general translation amongst
all languages, which would help kickstart a glossary effort in a particular
language: see all the terms spotted by other languages), and additional
particular contexts local to a language.

Thoughts?
