  Solve compatibility of new client with older server versions.

When attempting to invoke the new copy trans service on older zanata servers, the new client will inform of its failure and continue pushing documents. Copy Trans must be started manually.
Disable automatic http logging on test clients. If the Info log level is enabled, http logs will still be visible.
