  fix(ZNTA-470): contact admin validation and workflow (#1141)

* contact admin text field validation has been added and the workflow of sending process has been fixed

* code style fixed

* forgot to remove unncessary comment line

* checked the visibility of the error span

* changing the way of getting error field and a few edits
