  fix(ZNTA-2499): update activity panel translation history on transunit revision (#764)

* fix: synchronously fetch translationhistory data after successful transunit or comment saved

* perf: keep selectPhrase fetchTransUnitHistory calls asynchronous

* fix: show first translation revision in activity panel
use spread operator to combine activity item lists immutably
check latest history item exists rather than historyitems list
