I cleaned out the zanata directory in the /usr/lib/python2.7/sitpackages 
and did another make install. It worked.. so I think this is ok. A nice 
ot have would be a make clean.

So.. I tested the latest, and it uploaded my keys.pot file. However... 
it did not upload any of the po files. Given the directory structure 
above, how do I do that?

BTW>. what is the difference between --srcdir and --dir?
