[zanata-users] New Fedora Installation Guide maintainer

Hi everyone,

I'm the new maintainer of the Fedora (and RHEL) Installation Guide and
I'd like to make the translation files available for translation in
Zanata. However, I'll need someone with sufficient permissions to make
me a project maintainer; as of right now the only maintainer is my
predecessor, Jack Reed.

The project page is at
https://translate.zanata.org/zanata/project/view/fedora-installation-guide,
my Zanata user name is pbokoc.
