[zanata-users] Maven & pull request encoding specification

Hello Sean

Thanks for your answer.

The -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 doesn't work , same with specifying encoding in
pom.xml as a project properties ...
By the way as i have to reformat .po file to .properties file this is not
so annoying for me , but could be problematic for other ..
