[zanata-users] Proposal to collaborate more with Globalization group

Thanks Pravin for putting this g11n proposal and ideas together. 

I think this is very interesting and should help to increase 
the i18n and l10n engagement in Fedora. 

Starting with monthly meetings and exploring how 
we can take this further seems like a very good approach.
