[zanata-users] Adding languages to Zanata

Hi Alex,

At this point, general Swahili.

Might it be possible for users to enable or add languages without 
administrative rights? Have several other languages am interested in 
that are not enabled that may need to be added later - not all will 
likely be able to  have all features in Zanata enabled. Is there also 
more documentation on translation memory?
