[zanata-users] Zanata - translate.zanata.org unplanned outage

The translate.zanata.org service is currently experiencing excess load and
connection timeouts to  the database. Users will experience significantly
longer than usual load times and failed connections.

We are investigating this issue, and we apologise for the inconvenience.
