Ok. Community projects typically need a community. Maybe a survey with 
questions such as the ones below would be helpful:

a) How many people are using Zanata

b) How many people are using Zanata and could support some open source 
development of Zanata?

c) How many people have used Zanata and want to transition to another 
platform?
