[zanata-users] Help with translate.zanata.org needed

Hello All,

Is it possible to get some help with translate.zanata.org here? We've been
using the service for a while to translate our project but face a problem
now.

The issue is I am not able to get our data back from the service. It gives
an Internal Server Error when I try to download the TS file.
