I'm afraid, but Zanata wasn't a community project. Dedicated full time developer worked on the software on behalf of RedHat. We as OpenStack community are using Zanata currently. But we are not able to takeover the project. Zanata is written in Java and we haven't such kind of programming skills in our community. Sorry.
