I actually was thinking about making PcdMptScsiStallPerPollUsec 0x3a in
another patch. Since it's not related to LsiScsi, I didn't do it in this
series. Sounds like you prefer to keeping 0x40 for
PcdMptScsiStallPerPollUsec?
