[Fedora-users-br] Problemas com MatLab

Oi Galera.
Estou tentando instalar o Matlab 7.0 R14 na minha máquina (AMD 64, Atlhon
3000+) com Fedora Core 5 (X86_64). Teve alguns probleminhas que consegui
resolver procurando na Internet. Para consegir rodar esta ver do Matlab no
Fedora Core 4 bastava colocar
export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1
no arquivo $MATLAB/bin/.matlab7rc
Nesta versão do Fedora isto não foi suficiente, agora da a seguinte mensagem
expr: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
/bin/uname: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory

trap: usage: trap [-lp] [arg signal_spec ...]

Alguem tem alguma ideia u sugestão
