[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] make memberof task public

We need to run the memberof task whenever we initialize a replica 
database so I've made memberof public.

We also need to be able to instantiate a DSinstance without running the 
whole installer.

And I've added a new item to the dictionary, TIME, so we can guarantee 
RDN uniqueness.
