Is it possible to add new ticket states in Trac? I'm thinking extending 
it so that instead of "new -> assigned -> closed:fixed" we have "new -> 
assigned:work in progress -> assigned:patch available -> assigned:patch 
under review -> closed:fixed", or something like that.
