I have modified my push.py to start_review.py.

and read the commit message :-)

It reads git log as input, you will have to extend git.py if you want to use 
it with patch file.

The code quality is horrrrible, feel free to rework it as necessary and of 
course - send pull requests! :-)

I didn't even try to find Python library for git and so on ...
