[Freeipa-devel] Fix upgrade of HTTPInstance for KDC Proxy

Hello,

the attached patch makes sure that HTTPInstance has an admin_conn LDAP
connection. Without the LDAP connection, HTTPInstance.enable_kdcproxy()
fails.
