[publican-list] Create Brand: Cannot change header colours

Just by way of update...
It seems that the "overrides.css" file is not being honoured when
building PDF. If I build HTML, my colour scheme is honoured.
Is there another file I need to edit/update for my colours to carry over
to PDF builds?
I am running this on CentOS 7.
