OK, I figured it out. In the "root" directory for my brand, I created a
folder called 'xsl'. I copied the 'pdf.xsl' file from the RedHat brand
and changed the "title" colour reference from "#a70000" to "#00cc00".
When I build the PDF, the title colurs are now how I expected (the green
is a little too bright, so I will need play around with that, but that's
a different issue, and one I can sort out on my own :-) )
