Testsuite for the ptrace-by-utrace emulation

Hi,

various ptrace testcases have been collected and packaged at:
	http://sourceware.org/systemtap/wiki/utrace/tests

Most of the tests target ptrace(2) implementation.  Most of the ptrace(2) tests
have ever failed only on the ptrace-by-utrace implementation.  Testcases were
contributed by the bugreporters, some of the build scripts come from Roland.

The tested kernel versions are now only Fedora-centric, vanilla kernel versious
should be filled-in there.

New testcases are welcome, please follow the style (standalone .c files!).

The provided testcases should prevent any utrace regressions in the future,
unfortunately I saw at least one regression to happen before.
