[almighty] Github Projects on organization level

Hi all,

since a few days, it is possible to have projects on the github
organization level rather than only on a per-project level:

https://github.com/blog/2272-introducing-projects-for-organizations

This means we could have one planning board spanning all departments.

Maybe we can utilize this somehow?
