I just reflexively hit 'Reply All' on lists - generally people's mailers
filter out the dupes. I'll try not to cc you on list replies in the
future.

Ugh .. yeah, I moved that to git a few months ago, but forgot to update
that page. Though the old mercurial repo consist now of one file that
points you to the new git repo ;)
