[Avocado-devel] [avocado-vt] Volume creation on iscsi pool failed

Hi,

 

Iscsi pool needs to be started after the creation of the iscsi pool,
otherwise the volume creation fails.

 

The pool was in inactive after creating it and the code tried to create a
volume on the disk and resulted in volume not found error.

Manually, I verified it the iscsi-pool worked fine.
