PC133 works fine in 164LX's.  If you search archives you will see people  
recommending it.  I recommend it also.

There isn't a voltage difference between PC100 and PC133 (in fact by  
design they are fully backward compatable, so im not sure where you get  
the poison idea)  YOu can get 512 Megs of memory with 4 x 128 Meg chips  
which is recommended by the outdated manual.  Maurice at Hard Data systems  
is the one to talk to if you want to run 1G of memory.

Also, make sure it is ECC Memory!
