Help needed for install on 164SX

Hello!

Ive just got alphacore 1.0 and now fail to install (im to dumb i guess...)

can someone give me advice how to set up the alphabios of my machine for
installing and booting after install?

i have 2x40G IDE-Hdds in it and IDE-Cdrom.
