AC 1.0 on AS4100

Sorry, Jeff, I wasn't very clear.

On AS200 with builtin Tulip 21040/21041, it has NEVER worked with the
standard "tulip" driver, and, in past, we ALWAYS had to resort to using
the de4x5 driver.

I didn't actually remember that there even WAS a de2104x driver now,
but, now that you've reminded me, I prolly should take it out for a
spin; hopefully, I'll get to it before long.
