kde accessibility + brltty

Well, not yet. Gnopernicus access to KDE apps waits on two things:

1.)	The launch of QT 4 which will provide the mechanisms for
accessibility support via AT-SPI
2.)	For KDE applications to be ported to QT4.

The first of these is due later this year.
