Ubuntu and brltty

Hi Chris,

Ubuntu has /sbin/brltty by default I believe since I don't remember 
installing it specifically. I have two systems, both Kubuntu 6.06.1 LTS 
and 6.1 and they both have brltty installed.

Note however that I'm not using brltty.
