Ubuntu and brltty

The Ubuntu install I have access to doesn't have brltty installed by 
default, but as has been pointed out, it's easy enough to install with a 
working apt configuration.  If you mean to upgrade rather than do a fresh 
install, then I'd think your existing brltty install should upgrade along 
with everything else.
