ELba list problem?

Hi all,
Glad to be back, am having to use this address since there's some weird
problem in getting my gmail address's pop3 working again, so am just using
this one.
 I don't know if anyone else has experienced this problem, but I can't
subscribe this address to the Braillex ELba mailing list. I've also tried
another address, and I'm sending emails, but getting no response.
