dectalk help

Hi.
Now I've installed my dectalk runtime.

And I got no /dev/dsp sound device on my system.
I tried to install alsa-oss compatibillity packages, then I got the /dev/snd devices.
But no sound when trying dectalk.
What can be wrong?
