Announce: Slint64-14.2.1 is released.

Hi,
thanks for quick reply, but will the espeak gets replaced with espeak
ng soon? or it will stuck with espeak 1.48? and you said, "If you need
it it may be possible to use the file ar_dict
 from espeak-ng-1.49-1 in espeak-1.48, at least this can be tried.",
is there any webpage/documentation/instructions that I can follow in
order to achieve  this? but I think the library,  libespeak, needs to
be updated. that why in newer debian/Ubuntu 17, it uses libespeak-ng
so that espeak-ng gets use. sorry and thanks!
