TCSH, How can I tab-complete man-pages?

OK, on Shellworld, as well as a previous Debian machine, I could type man and a 
beginning portion of a program, but now in a Ubuntu 17.10 I cannot. I would 
suppose there are settings to alter, but looking in duckduckgo last evening, I 
couldn't find anything.  I see there are 17 packages with a name completion, but 
none are tcsh related. Thanks so much in advance
