There are a number of virtual on-screen keyboard applications for 
Android, and any of them could be used as an input method for typing 
commands into Bash or another shell. However, none of them have the 
functionality that would allow screen reader functions that normally 
turn the capslock or insert key into a screen reader function modifier key.
