Accessible Distros for a beginner?

Another possibility to make transitioning from windows 10 to Linux might
be linuxfx 2.5 or 3.5 I think is the latest version.  I haven't tried this
one out yet the Linux For Everyone youtube channel had a program on this
one and accessibility for those of us with our requirements was not
covered.  If orca isn't available or doesn't work it could be nvda would
install and run since the system can run wine and .msi files and .exe
files out of the box.
