WEBM, is it the default option of yt-dlp downloads?

Hi Chime,

Amazingly the same guy (Daniel Trizen) maintain both pipe-viewer and
youtube-viewer.

The only obvious difference being that pipe-viewer does not need a 
YouTube API
key. For this reason I will package this one.
