Ubuntu 20.04 settings.

I am using Ubuntu 20.04, installed on the machine, not in a VM. Once logged
in, I can use the super key ("Windows" key; left side of keyboard between
Ctrl and Alt) to open the search box, then type "settings".

That account setup thing might be part of the initial login where, as a
"convenience", you are asked to log into Google, Facebook, whatever ...I
just ignored those (hit Esc or Alt+F4 until it goes away).
