[Container-tools] Update on Docker Tooling in Eclipse

Hi,

This is regarding "Docker Tooling" feature in Eclipse.

Bug [1] "Run Image does not work with Docker 1.7.1" was preventing `Run 
Image` utility from Eclipse when connected with Docker version 1.7.1 on 
host machine.

Fix for the bug is merged in "Docker Tooling" plugin for Eclipse.

"Docker Tooling" plugin can be installed via nightly build in Eclipse, I 
pulled in the latest "Docker Tooling" plugin version 1.0.0.201508050823 
and verified `Run Image`  utility with Docker 1.7.1 installed on host 
machine.

Roland/Xavier, do you want add additional details on the bug/fix ?
