I am not sure how this works with the scope of the atomicapp dev box
itself, but this is something we should certainly do from the CentOS
Side in the instance / container interest groups.

In the past, we've done trial builds of live images, as well as cloud
like images for various roles and hypervisors that exposed the cockpit
interface as the exclusive medium to interact with the instance ( for
Windows and OSX hosts ) - and have very very favourable responses there.

Docker, with its own network support now, makes for a great way to let
folks run their own UI but have a CentOS host behind the scene be the
execution host for the instances ( maybe even a clusterable setup ) -
and cockpit can provide the UI bits needed beyond this.

So, lets do it - but I dont think the atomicapp dev machine needs to
be where we implement it.
