[Container-tools] VMware AppCatalyst (Free Version of VMware Fusion)

VMware has released AppCatalyst few months back.  However heard about it 
in last Docker meetup Bangalore. There was a talk about it from VMware 
engineers.

Its a free version (as in free beer) of VMware Fusion.At this point it 
only supports OS X, but there is plan to support GNU/Linux and Windows. 
Also I was told that  VMware Fusion Vagrant images works fine with 
AppCatalyst + Vagrant.
