actually its not exactly major.minor.build, its:
MAJOR version when you make incompatible API changes,
MINOR version when you add functionality in a backwards-compatible
manner, and
PATCH version when you make backwards-compatible bug fixes.
which has been defined by http://semver.org/
So you are absolutely right: bumping to 0.2.0 is strongly advised.
