[Container-tools] A repo on github for Nuleculized apps

Hey,
so all examples from nulecule repo are now in nulecule-library.

If there is no objections we should remove them from nulecule repo, so
there is no confusion which examples are up to date.
But before that we also need to update automated builds in Docker HUB to
be build from nulecule-library.
