hi guys,

apart from the new docker and k8s that landed in CentOS 7 yesterday,
looks like upstream has split out Atomic Cli from docker and issued an
RHEA against that on the 4th, we have that churning through as well
and should be live in CentOS-7-Extras/ shortly.

please test and let us know on centos-devel list, folks have reported
some changes in behaviour with a few bits since the 1.7 to 1.8 docker
move ( also, the atomic copy bit that failed previously is now fixed
in code ).
